End User License Agreement

1. Acceptance of License

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legally binding agreement between you (the "End User") and the WaecUpgrade Foundation regarding your use of the synchronization interface, the blockchain handshake protocol, and any associated software components, APIs, or documentation (collectively, the "Software").

BY DOWNLOADING THE OFFICIAL INVOICE, INITIATING THE AUTHORIZATION HANDSHAKE, OR ACCESSING THE SYNC ENGINE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT PROCEED WITH THE APPLICATION AND EXIT THE INTERFACE IMMEDIATELY.

2. Scope of License & Personal-Use Only

WaecUpgrade grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and strictly limited license to access and use the Software solely for the purpose of facilitating a single grade synchronization request for your own personal educational records.

This license is granted to you personally and does not grant you the right to:

• Redistribute or Sub-license: You may not sell, rent, lease, lend, or redistribute the synchronization protocol or its binary components to any third party.
• Commercial Exploitation: You may not use the Software to provide "Sync-as-a-Service," act as an agent for other students, or operate a commercial "grade upgrade" business without explicit written authorization and a commercial node license from the WaecUpgrade Foundation.
• Network Interference: You may not use any automated system (bots, crawlers, scripts, or headless browsers) to interact with the handshake engine in a manner that creates an artificial load or attempts to map the decentralized network topology.
• Sublicensing: You are prohibited from sharing your unique Sync Authorization Token with any third party, as this token represents your personal license to interact with the regional nodes.

3. Technical Restrictions & Anti-Tamper Mechanisms

The Software contains highly sensitive and proprietary encryption algorithms, secure database routing logic, and traffic obfuscation techniques. Any attempt to bypass the Virtual Verification Call, inject "phantom" grade data into the handshake packet, or intercept the blockchain transmission via packet sniffing or memory injection will result in an immediate and permanent revocation of this license.

Furthermore, WaecUpgrade reserves the right to deploy "Active Integrity Checks" on your client-side environment during an active synchronization session. These checks are designed to ensure that no unauthorized debugging software, memory editors (e.g., CheatEngine), or network interceptors are running concurrently. Detection of such tools will lead to an immediate session termination and potentially a "Burn Protocol" on your active application data.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

The Software, including all code, designs, synchronization logic, and mirroring database architectures, remains the exclusive property of the WaecUpgrade Foundation and its decentralized network contributors. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights or any right to the source code of the handshake protocol.

Any feedback, bug reports, or suggestions you provide to WaecUpgrade shall become the sole property of the platform, and we shall be free to use such feedback without any compensation or obligation to you.

5. Termination Clause

This license is effective until terminated by you or the WaecUpgrade Foundation. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically and without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA or the overarching Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software, destroy all copies of the Official Invoice, and clear your browser's cryptographic cache immediately.

WaecUpgrade also reserves the right to terminate your license if your regional educational body issues a "Database Lockdown" or if our auditors determine that your application poses a threat to the stability of the synchronization bridge.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty & Error Notice

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. BETTERGRADES DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SYNCHRONIZATION WILL BE COMPATIBLE WITH ALL FUTURE DATABASE UPDATES, THAT IT WILL BE DETECTED AS "GENUINE" BY EVERY INSTITUTIONAL VERIFICATION ATTACK, OR THAT THE REFLECTION ON REGIONAL SERVERS WILL OCCUR WITHIN THE ESTIMATED WINDOW.

You acknowledge that software designed to interface with legacy educational databases is inherently subject to "Silent Failures" and protocol mismatches for which WaecUpgrade assumes no liability.

7. Export Control & Legal Compliance

You may not use or otherwise export the Software except as authorized by international law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Software was obtained. Specifically, you represent and warrant that you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, and you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

8. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, constitutes the entire agreement between you and WaecUpgrade regarding the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter.
